- 2 cups fusilli pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Salt and chili powder
- 2 pounds fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 sprigs chopped fresh parsley
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Boil water in a pot. Add salt and cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp, and cook until the shrimp are cooked thru about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, wine, lemon juice, salt, and chili powder.
- Cook until salt, chili powder and wine seep thru, about 2 minutes more.
- Add pasta mix well.
- Serve hot.
